Simfonija 2016
The excellent blend of white grapes has a beautiful colour of old gold, which leads towards the colour of caramel. The wine is clear and thick. On the nose the first note is toasted bread followed by notes of forest honey and peel of oranges. Spicy notes follow, such as cinnamon and nutmeg, then notes of tobacco and dry grass. At the end comes the aroma of overripe quince and dry apricot. The wine is dry, warm and soft, rounded and pleasantly fresh. It is slightly tannic and very pleasantly drinkable. The wine has a robust body and is balanced with a pronounced intensity of taste, long-lasting and with a lovely aftertaste in which vanilla dominates. Before tasting this harmonious wine it should be decanted and served in a larger glass.
Ageing potential
This wine with its structure and robust body can last for 10-12 years without problems.

Gastronomic recommendation
The wine calls for quality oven-baked fish with potatoes and aromatic herbs. Also with a risotto with pumpkin, red onions and bacon. It is very good with gout cheese with dry apricots, almounds and goutmilk caramel.
